2. Consultation: A designer will contact you via email to discuss your keyboard size, layout, and other details (e.g., 40%, 60%, 65%, 75%, TKL, 100%, ISO, ANSI, QWERTY, QWERTZ, AZERTY, NORDISH, KOREAN, and HIRAGANA).
3. Design Your Keycaps: Collaborate with our designers to create the perfect set, choosing colors and custom graphics.
4. Review and Approve: Review and approve the final design before production begins.
5. Receive Your Custom Keycaps: Enjoy your unique, high-quality PBT keycaps and enhance your typing experience.

The production process typically takes about 10-15 working days, followed by an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping once production is completed.
