Refund Policy

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns and refunds are only applicable to ready-made or pre-designed items. Custom orders are non-returnable, but we do offer replacements on a case-by-case basis (see more under the Exchanges or Replacements section).

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and your order ID are also required. Please note that returns are only accepted if the item is damaged/defective upon receipt, or if you received an incorrect item. Returns and refunds cannot be processed for items with man-made defects or for personal reasons such as dissatisfaction or change of preference.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at sales@goblintechkeys.com with your photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs taxes or other fees incurred during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Changing or Cancelling Orders

For order changes or cancellations, contact us at sales@goblintechkeys.com. Requests made on or after the scheduled ship date cannot be accepted. Due to the fast processing times, cancellations cannot always be guaranteed. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover platform and payment gateway fees. If the order has entered production, a portion of the order price will be charged to cover production costs.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once the return shows a ‘Delivered’ status, please contact us at sales@goblintechkeys.com so we can process it promptly. Refunds are processed once the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse. If approved, the refund for the item price will be issued within a few business days. Refunds, if applicable, will only cover the item price. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@goblintechkeys.com.

 

Exchanges or Replacements (If Applicable)

We offer replacements for custom orders on a case-by-case basis, especially if the error was on our end. Please note that reasons such as the outcome not meeting expectations or errors in the image, color, or font selection on your part are not eligible for a free replacement. However, you may still reach out to us, and we will evaluate your situation to provide a potential solution.

To request a replacement, please contact us at sales@goblintechkeys.com within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in its original condition. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us for further evaluation so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days for return, exchange, or store credit requests. We cannot process refunds for individuals with different payment information. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the gift giver will need to contact us directly.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
