I love the product so much! I was looking for some nice silent linear switches and stumbled open this one randomly online. Not only are they quite out of the package (factory pre-lubed) compared to the Gatreon Gecko Silent Linear switches (factory pre-lubed) which was my previous ones. If you lube them again they are even more silent! Might not sound much until you have a lot of background noises/white noises and you almost think you’ are not even hitting or typing anything CAUSE YOU CANT HEAR THE KEYS CLICKING.
They are very aesthetically pleasing as well!

It was hard to find a site that had a reputable reputation and background and had these switches in stock as well until I found Goblin TechKeys! Not only was the item available but at such a good price point and reasonable shipping time frame! Shipping is honestly really fast and they have also extremely fast customer service response time!

My only issue was that there was issue with receiving email AND online site/profile notifications or status change of my order fulfillment (if they even work on packing it)/updates. I had to reach out via email to customer service when the time frame of when my order was supposed to arrive based on my shipping method when I checked out during purchase. To be informed it was shipped but there was a technical error that the email notice of shipment and tracking I was supposed to received just was never pushed out to me (yes I been checking my email, junk and confirming it was the correct email).
The same time, my order on my profile still stated my order status was still ‘unfulfilled’.
Once I got the tracking number from my email trail with the customer service rep my purchase reported to arrive the next day… But my order status on my profile still stated ‘unfulfilled’ until I notify them and they changed it to fulfilled and shipped (conflicting)…

Then next day after I got my package in the early morning( so it was true) I finally got an official email with a tracking number of my package later in the evening but I just got my item. Pretty late I would say….

Overall I do love the item, I was missing 1 switch out of 110 that I ordered and I did count 5 times and had 2 others people count with me as well. But that is okay. I’m just happy I got the item for a very good price and a very quick shipping as well aside the little issue I had. But exceptional customer service.

I was expecting the order to take long but this has taken much longer than I originally expected. Placed order back on April 21st wasn't informed when it would be delivered. May 27th I receive an update that a shipment label has been created and nothing has happened since receiving that update. June 10th was asked for my review of my order that I still haven't received. The positive I found with this product was that it is very easy to create and design the key set.

Deskmat is high quality and so is the print on it!

These keycaps are well built and great to touch. The design is cute. The print is clear. The best part? Who Dat?! It's Nene! BIG LOVE! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

If you want a set of truly custom keycaps, Goblintechkeys is probably your best bet. I have some thoughts about going through them, but I still believe they deserve 5 stars. Let me run you through my journey.

Let me preface by saying it took almost a month from the final design submission to arrival in central USA, so be prepared for a wait.

I wanted a fairly basic set of aqua blue keycaps with centered white letters. Beyond that I also wanted the four sides of the keycaps to be a different color of blue. They sent back an email saying that they can't guarantee accuracy and that the color of the top of the keycaps might be off center and print partially on the sides. Okay. Well then I decided to nix the different colored side decision altogether and to make the keycaps from top row to bottom row a gradient of blues. They okay'ed my design and in their words "Goblins had forged your precious items with the intensity of a thousand suns! With haste, goblins had sent out your items with our secret goblin-tech black-powdered rocket to travel across rugged terrains and through the mystic valleys to your doorstep! Bwahaha-snort!" I've got to say that I appreciate their commitment to the role of goblin keysmiths and I always enjoy the unbridled enthusiasm. Anyway, I received the keycaps and here are my thoughts...

The overall color is a very good color. Irl, you can notice the gradient much better, but the colors are much duller than in the design image, even though I had the color scheme set to CMYK (this is the color Goblintechkeys print in, not RGB). However, I couldn't find a single keycap color online that was even close to this color of aqua. Even when they were, I really wanted centered letters that were in white for easy viewing and that seems to be rare since the majority of keycaps have offset, black letters. I bought a set of Glorious GPBT Rain Forest V2 and the colors were so far off (very green) compared to the photos on their website, I had to return them. The colors that Goblintechkeys produced were much truer to image.

Next up, the letter centering. I read on a review someone else made that their centering was way off and that they had Goblintechkeys remake a couple keycaps because some were so bad. I looked through other photos of keycaps people have on here and some are a little off. I looked at mine, and most of mine are close enough that I'm happy with them. The worst one that I have is my "6" if you want to look at that, but it doesn't bother me enough to get it redone. After all, no one will look that close at the letters under normal use. Some people don't even have letters on their keycaps for crying out loud.

The final thing that I think I have to say about these keycaps is the feel. I had a set of ABS keycaps for ten years, and moving from those to the Glorious PBT keycaps I wasn't a huge fan of the paper-like feel, but I was willing to sacrifice feel for looks, and who knows, I might've gotten used to them. BUT. Goblintechkeys keycaps are waaay smoother. They still have a papery feel to them, but as someone who prefers a smooth feel and even tried finding custom ABS keycaps, I'm still very happy.

All in all, if you're looking for a unique set of keycaps and nothing out there is striking your fancy, Goblintechkeys is one of the best choices out there and if I or someone else needs another set of custom keycaps someday, they'll be the first ones to pop into my mind.

I worked with the design team to create a more cohesive set and it turned out great. They were easy to work with and went above and beyond what I had originally thought of. The keyboard came with a cord for corded or cordless use, it’s a little on the heavier side when it comes to keyboards but I don’t mind it. They quoted saying I could expect delivery in 2-3 months and I received it in a month which was awesome. I’ve recommended some nerdy people to here if they want a custom keyboard or key caps.

The keycaps took a long time to come, partly due to the Christmas period, but they were definitely worth the wait. They look and feel amazing to type on. Really high quality and I absolutely love them. Would 100% recommend.

I purchased the item for my niece who absolutely enjoys the design. Also the keyboard is so sturdy and an amazing fine quality.

Got this as a gift for Christmas. Came in January though but that wasn't too bad. The quality is amazing and it looks better than I hoped for. It upgrades the Office significantly.

I ordered a fully custom keyboard on November 4th, choosing the design option where the designers would create the concept for me. I provided a detailed prompt in the questionnaire, requesting “dark Studio Ghibli keycaps with a focus on Howl’s Moving Castle, and featuring smaller creature characters from other Ghibli films.” After submitting the form, I quickly received an email with a clear timeline, indicating I would receive a mockup within 20 days. Once I saw the mockup, I was thrilled with the design and proceeded to the printing stage. The keyboard was shipped a few weeks later.

To provide clarity on the timeline for those considering a purchase, the entire process took a bit under two months from the initial order to receiving the keyboard, which arrived on December 30th. While the turnaround time was fantastic, it’s worth noting if you’re planning to gift the keyboard for a specific occasion.

Overall, the communication was excellent, the project stayed on schedule, and the quality of the final product was exceptional. It’s absolutely worth the investment, and I’ll definitely be purchasing again in the future!

I am a little annoyed about this product. It shows both the keycap puller and switch puller in the thumbnail. Yet it only includes the keycap puller. I would have never paid for just one for $19.98 when I can go up the street to Micro Center and pay $10 total for both or Amazon and get both for $20. It gets 3 starts because the cap puller worked as advertised but was totally overpriced. The website added the puller as an optional add-on when I bought switches, so I assumed it had both as I would need both.

I just saw they would normally sell this for $40. That's insane.

I was really worried about the quality of the print and how the images would look (whether they would be properly centered) but it all came out great!

The keycaps are very nice and feel good. Some of the keycaps are not printed very well. For example, not every image is centred correctly, or the print looks a bit cheap. But these are only three or four out of all the keycaps. Apart from that, these are very nice keycaps.

I'm the proud owner of a real bépo-afnor keyboard that's nowhere to be found.

DIY-ing a keycap set from scratch for the first time was such a fun experience, my first keycap set isn't perfect but super happy with how well my design translated into the final product!

I sent my order in to have the keycaps made once I was finished with the design; I was not aware with how long the process would take and with the lack of updates from the team that I wished I was receiving, I got worried that it would not arrive before Christmas season. But miracoulously it arrived a week before Christmas (I placed my order Nov 10) and whilst definitely worth the wait, an update would've been nice to receive to quell any worries.

Besides than the process, the quality of the keycaps are amazing and was delightfully surprised that the meticulous details I made on the design were fully retained in the final keycap. I was worried that with how small I made some of the icons on the keycaps, the quality would degrade and look mid-tier; but not at all, far from it, every single detail I left in the project file is basically 1:1

Definitely worth it, these guys made these keycaps from a cool customary set piece to a stellar-quality piece of keycaps that will hopefully last a long time!

These keycaps were everything I wanted with the colour scheme and they feel super nice to type with. The plastic itself almost has a soft, silky feel to it and doesn’t build up dirt too easily. Also great to find such great keycaps in a UK format!

Customer service was excellent! As it turned out, I had ordered the wrong layout of keys. They very kindly offered to send out the keys I was missing and I only had to pay the shipping.

My photo doesn’t quite do the colours justice. The pink is warmer and richer, almost a rosey salmon.

I ordered a set of custom keys more than a 45 days ago, and never received it. Support claimed that it was being shipped, but the USPS label still shows that the package never even arrived for shipping.
