I'm having technical issues in designing or placing my order. What should I do?
For context, I abought a custom-designed all keys set, using homemade SVG file.
First, print resolution is pretty damn fine, I couldn't find any issue, even with those really small japanese labels so that's perfect.
The caps material is awesome too !
It feels robust and dense, I really hope they'll endure the extensive use before wearing out, but there's no sign of shininess or anything yet.
They're also a bit quiter than my previous ones (with o-rings), on MX Red switches.
Some printed labels are slightly misaligned, but it's less than 10 keys out of 105, and mostly on keys that doesn't matter (both Ctrl, F11, F12, numpad multiply,...). Plus, the website warned multiple times about this possibility through the buying process.
Colors are a bit dark (especially the red one), but it doesn't matter much as I didn't want anything flashy anyway. The website was also telling me, before buying, that color accuracy might be slightly off.
Overall it's an almost perfect experience !
I would have given 4.5 stars but it's either 4 or 5, and the offset on some keys prevent me from giving the maximum.
Definitely recommand this one tho ;)
PS : If you're from EU, you might have to pay some taxes to receive your order.
For me it was a 4€ VAT + 2€ fee (France)
